Shop Policies, Returns, & Exchanges

All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But we do look at returns on a case to case basis and always work with the customer to get a solution.  

Damages and issues: 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report all defects/issues within 7 days of delivery date. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please check  your "Care and Maintenance Tag" to take good care of your goodies. We cannot be held reliable for any damages or defects/issues after 7 days of delivery date. 


Please remember to double check your address and spelling to avoid errors in shipment. The customer is fully responsible for any mistaken addresses or errors due to incorrect address entries. The customer is also responsible to re-pay the shipping costs for re-shipping If for some reason, the package is sent back.  

Please keep in mind that you are supporting a small family business and shopping custom products. We try to ship Ready To Ship Items within 3-5 business days and Custom Items 7-14 business days. We ship using the shipping method you chose at checkout with tracking included. 

Shipping delays are possible, and expected, especially during the holidays . Unfortunately, we are unable to help with delayed packages. 

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items. The customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier.
